To return your product, please complete the return form available in your online account and use the return label provided with your initial order.

step 1: access our return portal here: return portal

step 2: complete the return request following the steps

step 3: then you can use your return label provided by the return portal to send us back your parcel

step 4: when the parcel is received by the warehouse you will be notified.

step 5: if the return is accepted we will close the process by with a refund, an exchange or store credit according to your instructions.
