To return your product, please complete the return form available in your online account and use the return label provided with your initial order.

step 1: go back to your customer account: order, click on return (if you placed your order as a guest, you can find your order here

step 2: complete the return form

step 3: then you can use your return label to send us back your parcel, it was included in your initial order

step 4: when the parcel is received by the warehouse you will be notified.

step 5: if the return is accepted we will close the process by with a refund according to your instructions.
